The academic year in the Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University starts in June every year. From 2015-16, the admission to all the programs of the University are being operated through Online admission process. The payment may be done either using online process (using a credit card or debit card or internet banking.

मुक्त विद्यापीठातील शैक्षणिक वर्ष दर वर्षी जून पासुन सुरु होते. वर्ष 2015-16 पासुन सर्व शिक्षणक्रमांची प्रवेश प्रक्रिया संगणकीय ऑन लाइन पद्धतीने राबवली जाणार आहे. शुल्कांची रक्कम ऑन लाइन पद्धतीने (क्रेडिट कार्ड, डेबिट कार्ड, इंटरनेट बँकिंग) भरता येईल.

As per UGC New Delhi norms, a student cannot take two degrees or post graduate degrees of same or different universities.
I hereby promise that, during academic year 2021-22, I have not taken admission to a degree or postgraduate degree of this or any other university. I also promise to return one of these degrees or postgraduate degrees in case it is found that I have taken admission to degree or postgraduate degree of this or any other university.

“युजीसीच्या नियमान्वये एकाच विद्यार्थ्यास एकाच विद्यापीठाच्या अथवा दोन विद्यापीठाच्या स्वतंत्र दोन पदव्या अथवा पदव्युतर पदव्या घेता येणार नाहीत.” मी अशी हमी देतो की, शैक्षणिक वर्ष 2021-22 यावर्षी प्रवेश घेताना मी प्रवेश घेऊ इच्छित असलेल्या, पदवी व्यतिरिक्त या अथवा कोणत्याही विद्यापीठात पदवी अथवा पदव्युत्तर पदवीसाठी प्रवेश घेतलेला नाही. मी असा प्रवेश घेतलेला असल्यास माझा प्रवेश रद्द होईल आणि मी एका विद्यापीठाची पदवी अथवा पदव्युतर पदवी परत करील.

As per Maharashtra State Government Resolution no. 2016/ प्र.क्र.683/16/विशि-3 दिनांक 15 मे 2017, students who take admission to any course during academic year 2021-22, it is mandatory for him/her to register their names in electoral roll. For this, S/he has to give following undertaking. On …………………… date, I have completed or going to complete 18 years of age. I promise to register my name in the electoral roll as soon as I complete 18 years of age. For that, I am submitting downloaded specimen forms duly completed in all respect at the study center. महाराष्ट्र शासन परिपत्रक संकिर्ण 2016/प्र.क्र.683/16/विशि-3 दिनांक 15 मे 2017 अन्वये शैक्षणिक सत्र 2021-22 प्रवेश घेणाऱ्या सर्व विद्यार्थ्यांना मतदार नाव नोंदणी यादीमध्ये नाव समाविष्ट करणे अनिवार्य आहे. त्यासाठी खालीलप्रमाणे हमीपत्र विद्यार्थ्याने भरणे अनिवार्य आहे. “मी दिनांक 01/01/...... रोजी 18 वर्षाचा/वर्षाची झालो/झाली आहे किंवा होणार आहे. 18 वर्षे पूर्ण झाल्याबरोबर मी माझे नाव मतदार यादीत नोंदवून घेणार आहे अशी प्रतिज्ञा करतो/करते. यासाठी सोबत जोडलेला नमुना ६, ७, ८ व ८अ साठी सोबतचा व्यवस्थितपणे भरलेला असून तो अभ्यास केंद्रावर जमा करीत आहे.” सोबतच्या लिंकवर क्लिक करुन नमुने डाऊन लोड करावे.
